    Sorry, guys!!! We already have a new tenant for this one, but the other tenant will be leaving last week of October... wait... BER MONTHS NA??? What the.... what happened??? :P

    Our new tenant's son... is a complete PAIN IN THE NECK!!! He smokes marijuana in plain view and acts like it's nothing!!! And don't get me started with the music... ARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!!! We just need more evidence to evict them!!!

    I'll refresh this post if the apartment becomes available again. Our tenant right now is a "temporary" one because they were hit by Ondoy. They will be leaving in two weeks.
