"Ang Daan Patungong
Kalimugtong" (The Road To Kalimugtong) is a movie by Morocco International Film
Festival best film winner Mes de Guzman, and is
the offical entry of Sampay Bakod Productions to the 7th Annual Cinemanila
International Film Festival.
The film is a story about
two kids who live in the Mountain Provinces of Benguet who, day by day, trodges mountains, hanging
bridges, and brooks to Kalimugtong, where their rundown school is located. The kids are taken
care of by their Manong, and daily, all they have to eat is sayote, which, according to the
movie, is Benguet's National food.
The film has
wonderful cinematography, and the musical score is made by yours truly. Forget the story, watch it
coz a friend of yours made the music for the film, NYA HA HA HA HA!!!
Anyway, here's hoping that we place in the awards night, coz
whatever the film gets will be able to help the two kids who starred in the film, who, by the
way, are not real actors, but real Ifugao Kankanee tribe kids, and the boy whose character plays
is funny.
Anyway, if you got time to spare, please support
this film. Mabuhay ang mga artistang Pilipino sa entablado at
pelikula!!!
After a week...WE WON 2ND PLACE AND TOOK HOME 1MILLION PESOS!!! THANK YOU GOD!!!
what are the names of their kuyas
